  • The User Guide presents a "hands on" introduction to bio3d and the R environment. It is intended to familiarize the novice user with a few essentials important for getting off to a quick start with bio3d.

  • A package vignette provides a more detailed task-oriented introduction to the bio3d package.

  • An older CCBP (Collaborative Computational Project for Biomolecular Simulation) workshop using bio3d was held at the University of Nottingham, UK. Presented by Drs. Leo Caves and Karim Elsawy (University of York, UK), the workshop demonstrated the use of bio3d and the R enviroment for analysis of biomolecular simulation data. All documentation from the CCBP course can be downloaded here

  • Introductory presentation and tutorial given to members of the McCammon Lab at the University of California, San Diego. This tutorial uses several new functions (see the New Functions page) that have not yet made it into the distributed package. If you would like to try them out, ahead of the next release, please contact bgrant@mccammon.ucsd.edu.

  • A number of general R tutorials and user guides are linked to from the main R wiki. See the "Getting started" section.

This page is suffering from formatting issues as a result of converting between wiki versions.  These issues will be addressed and additional tutorials will appear here soon (bug me via e-mail if you are desperate).
